TEAM helps local churches send missionaries to establish other local churches. Then we help those churches send still more – so that God can be glorified. Our goal is to work together to reproduce the Body of Christ where the most people have the greatest need.

 

The Six Core Values of TEAM

  1. God Dependent - We rely on God through prayer.
  2.  Church Focused - Our work is focused on the church from beginning to end.
  3.  Visionary - We see the immediate future in light of eternity.
  4.  Passionate Service - Because lost people matter to God, they matter to us.
  5.  Life-long Learners - We empower our members to reach their full potential.
  6.  Caring Community - People are our most valuable asset.
